The Wonder Woman icons were made for movieslims which means lots of alternates! I was the LIMS for this round which still kinda blows my mind whenever it happens. The other icons are (as always) from various contests, some going back to February.

novindalf organized a big fantasy fandom battle. It's the third battle I participated in this year and it looks like there will be more. I picked three fandoms and threw in some other icons from the same shows for this entry. If you want to see the specific themes these icons were made for and, of course, everyone's pretty icons (there are a lot!) go here.

001-014 His Dark Materials
015-031 The Witcher
032-038 Stardust

sietepecados organized another awesome battle, this time for Brooklyn Nine-Nine. Go here to see all the other pretty icons. Only ten icons (17 with all my alternates), so I finally sneaked in in some older icons into this post ;)

001-025 People: Anne Hathaway, Brie Larson, Danai Gurira, Drew Barrymore, Kat Dennings, Laura Dern, Liv Lisa Fries, Scarlett Johansson, Sebastian Stan, Tessa Thompson, Tom Hiddleston, Viola Davis, Volker Bruch

#180: Icons

I haven't really updated this community with any icons not made for specific challenges this year and this entry is no different. All but the first two of the Turn icons were made for the Period Drama Battle organized by sietepecados. You can check out everyone's pretty icons here (in opposite to me the other used a variety of fandoms^^). My icons are all over the place style-wise, but overall I'm happy with how they turned out. The Good Omens icons were made for movieslims, some of which I have already posted in January. I'm also still updating my old posts to replace the Photobucket links. It's going very slowly.

Look who is entering monthlyinspo on the last day again! The theme for February was "Box of chocolates" and Knives Out seemed perfect for it. Due to the setting and props, that's pretty much the movie's exact color palette. In addition to that, I wanted to stick to a more vintage style with these which I rarely do unless it's for a specific challenge. I think that worked out well. I also used the icons from the different themes in the post itself as an inspiration. For example, almond crunch is simple with negative space or caramel swirl has some handwritten text (texture) on it. Since they are rather different than what I usually do, I can at least keep the caps I saved and reuse them ;)

#178: Icons

I have finally started reuploading the icons from Photobucket to ImgBB. I know it's not the ideal host, but it keeps the file names which makes replacing the links so much easier. I'm far from done though.
This is my entry for this month's monthlyinspo challenge. The theme is 2019 to 2020 and I picked five favorite new shows from 2019. If I stuck to favorite shows I started in 2019, this post would just be ten Turn icons again. I really took my time with these. I started shortly after the challenge went up, took a break for a week, and finished yesterday. No rushing to the deadline this time. Overall I'm really happy with how these turned out. Once again it's not the most coherent set though.

#177: Icons and Promo

Happy New Year! These are icons from 2019 I haven't posted yet. I really wanted to enter monthlyinspo in December because I love mystery bags, but RL happened and all my inspiration was gone so I didn't get around to it. I barely made any icons in December unfortunately.

001-004 People: Wentworth Miller, Zoe Saldana
005-014 Good Omens
015-027 Hell on Wheels
028-036 TURN: Washington's Spies
037-050 TV Shows (Black Sails, The Defenders, The Good Place, iZombie, Manifest, Stumptown)
051-061 Movies (The Man from U.N.C.L.E., Men in Black: International, Sleepy Hollow, Stardust, Thor: The Dark World)

#176: Icons

This is my first time entering themeofthemonth. I heard about the community a couple of days before this challenge was posted. The theme was Period Drama which was perfect timing since I had just finished watching TURN: Washington's Spies and I absolutely love the show. 8 was actually the first icon I made for the set, so I thought I'd something like a shorter rainbow again. To my own surprise, my personal favorites are the text icons. I'm really happy with how they turned out. That's the first part of this entry. The second part (since I didn't want to post only 10 icons again) are my icons for movieslims hence the abundance of alternates. I actually was the LIMS for this challenge which I didn't expect at all. I had not made icons in months when this round started, so every week I thought "Okay, this will be the last one for me."
